Samuel A. Gereszek is the owner of Gereszek Law Office, P.L.L.C., in Grand Forks, North Dakota — a U.S. Army veteran and appellate advocate who has stood before courts at every level, up to the Supreme Court of the United States.
He earned his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law, graduating with distinction, and was admitted to the North Dakota Bar in 2011. He is a U.S. Army veteran. After leaving the service, he founded the first Veterans Treatment Court in the State of North Dakota, in Grand Forks County — a six-year effort he describes as a passion project, and one that reflects how he sees the work: as service to people, not the processing of cases.
