Choose the correct payment type. Retainers and advance fees go to our client trust account; invoice and statement balances are payments for work already performed. If you are unsure which to select, call (701) 780-9276 before paying.

Advance fees and retainers are deposited into a separate client trust (IOLTA) account as the North Dakota Rules of Professional Conduct require, kept apart from the firm's operating funds, and drawn against only as work is actually performed.

Paying online does not create an attorney-client relationship; representation begins only when a written fee agreement is signed.
